Covid Procedures As of November 22, 2020

Certain changes have taken place to help preserve that situation.  In order to protect our residents and help minimize the possibility of introducing covid, the following procedures are in effect :

Prospective buyers are encouraged to use the website to view the homes for sale.  The Main Park Gate is open from 7:00 am to 5:00pm and a driving tour of the park is suggested.  Units for sale have signs in the road side windows.

To view the inside of units in person, an appointment is necessary and the prospective buyer is asked to fill out and submit an application for residency prior to in person viewing.  The $100 application fee is currently waived and there is no charge to get

pre-approved for Park Residency.

You are first asked to review the rules of the park prior to applying. Park rules and regulations are posted on this site. If you have questions about rules, please ask.
